At BADTAMEEZ, every product is specially made and packed with care. Since our products are made-to-order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/design, or size preference issues.

Returns & Replacements

We only offer replacements for products that are:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrectly delivered

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear product photos

• Packaging photos

• Unboxing video (if available)

Without proper proof, replacement requests may not be approved.

Replacement Policy

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the affected product.

We do not provide monetary refunds.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection by customer

• Minor color variation due to screen display differences

• Used or washed products

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for production. Once the order is processed, cancellation will not be possible.
